Turner Frown is a free personal blog, operated by Josh, sharing personal experiences of fitness, food and mental wellbeing. For UK data-protection purposes, Josh trading as Turner Frown is the controller for personal information described below.

The website has no accounts, contact forms, newsletter, payments or analytics service.

• If you email us, we receive the name, email address and message you choose to send. We use this only to read, reply to and manage that correspondence.
• Our hosting and email providers may process limited technical information, such as IP address and server logs, to deliver, secure and troubleshoot their services.
• If you choose to play an embedded YouTube video, YouTube may process information under its own privacy policy.

We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
